A Christian most of her life, Susan received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior during her teen years. Shortly after, she also received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and was baptized by immersion. 

In 1996 while in prayer, Susan received a Word from the Lord. He told her that he would bring many people to her family’s home to be taught in his ways, so that they might know him and walk in his paths. Immediately her family began to pray and seek the Lord for his timing and further instructions. God continued to confirm this Word in many ways. One year later, His House Ministries was founded in their home and a Bible Study/Home Group began. Thirty-five people attended the first meeting. Susan’s vision continued to grow and other groups were birthed through prayer and fasting. Each group purposed by God for those who would attend.

In 2003, the Lord directed her to change the ministry name and establish, Susan Bottger Ministries. At the same time their web ministry began and this opened the door to preach the Good News to all nations.

Susan is a licensed minister with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, Golden West Conference. In addition to teaching and mentoring others, she speaks to churches, women’s groups, retreats and conferences. Susan has had the opportunity to teach and share the gospel in Russia, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico.  

God has called Susan to preach the gospel and make disciples.  She is a prophetic voice in this hour crying out, “Prepare ye the way of the Lord!” Her desire is for others to experience and know God through a loving personal relationship with Him.
